Wudup friends. So I know most of you are down with Mstrkrft but if you haven't checked out their myspace in a while they just did a pretty bangin remix of Usher's Love in the club. Its sort of a new direction for them which is kinda testament to the growing popularity of the genre. They basically give the song their standard MSTRKRFT treatment eg: Distorted synths & bangin bass drums. Its pretty creative considering the original song. They took a slower song and turned it into an electro banger.

The aggressor in red intreprets her frustration with the senior citizen through modern urban dance and song. It is not clear what the issue being disputed is as the aggravated woman speaks a regional dialect I am only loosely familiar with. 3 accused of using corpse head to smoke pot

Two men and a juvenile are accused of digging up a corpse, decapitating the body and using the head to smoke marijuana, according to court documents.

Matthew Gonzalez and Kevin Jones have been charged with the misdemeanor offense of abuse of a corpse, said Scott Durfee, a spokesman for the Harris County District Attorneys Office.

According to documents filed in the case, Gonzalez, Jones and an unnamed juvenile on March 15 went to an Humble cemetery, dug up a man's grave, left with the head and turned it into a "bong."

Gonzalez told authorities about the incident Wednesday, and showed officers the defaced grave, including a 4-foot hole. Because of a heavy rain, officers were unable to determine whether the casket or the body had been disturbed.

Robin can/will prolly make a more detailed and better post about this since hes better at it and experienced more in this subject, but from my gotta say Chella was amazing.....more so at night when we were all just having a good time, and were pretty impressed by one particular performer who surprisingly blew us all away. I will never forget the huge flying sheep, the airplane dropping confetti, the 25 spotlights going crazy in the air, the fire, and the excellent inspirational musical and lyrical performance that went with it. Along with this, I also will not forget my head almost falling off in the Sahara Tent during a performance by oh those crazy French dudes as well as the chaos and just pure happiness brought on by those wild gypsies (Gogol). And i forgot to mention the hottest and perhaps the best female drummer, or even just drummer in general: Carla Azar (Autolux). All in all...it was time of our lives....and the music was one thing, but I think things like this wouldn't be what they are without the people your with. We all always enjoy each others company and we got to share a positive experience with each other, and ofcourse because we were together, it made the experience much better and memorable. But ofcourse absolutely we missed all the people that weren't there, such as the other members of B.O.Y., and our other friends not on this, but! there is alwwwayys NEXT YEAR!

Last night my Dad and I went to an Audi Red Carpet event to meet the R10 drivers that would be racing at the Grand Prix this weekend and also to check out some of the new models.

I gotta say... the R8 is freaking amazing. Looks sooooo beautiful and the inside is sooooo classy. One of the reps was telling us that the waitlist for the car is already 2 years. He also said there is a prediction that Audi will put out another version of the car with the Gallardo V10 in about a year.

O yea, they had a raffle at the end. I won an autographed hat and an Audi T-shirt. (Ehhhhh)

Just met Kobe at the ARC (UCI Gym)

I wish I had my camera/phone with me, fuck. I walked into the gym, started doing my shit when my friend came up to me and was like:

Friend: "You come here for Kobe too?"

Its a fancy sandwich place down Lake in Pasadena. Its been around for years so the name isnt just a knock off of the whole sour yogurt craze (pinkberry, kiwiberry, berrygood, berrycock&balls) Ive actually been going there periodically for a few years now and I had lunch there today. As always it was delicious and pleasing.


Its sort of like Corner Bakery but cooler because its not down the street from Vindeep's house and its a little more contemporary/creative.

Plus theres the added benefit that its something different. I always find that I get a little more satisfaction when I stray from chains and try indie places. Plus Im down to support small biz. Yadamean?


Oh yea. The sandwiches are bomb too.

I had a fancy ham & swiss and Zela had this tuscan something or another.

Basically schmancy gourmet sandwiches/fresh baked bread/a bunch of other bomby good stuff like pastries & such. Its a little on the pricey side so expect to pay about 10$ for a drink and sandwich/salad


Since they give rather conservative portions I had a little room for desert and reluctantly ordered a tiramisu. I say reluctantly because Zela wanted it and Ive never been a big fan of tiramisu, until now.

In fact, I probably wouldn't be posting this if it weren't for that tiramisu. I wont go into too much detail because then Id have to use words like "velvety" and "sumptuous" and basically make myself sound gay. SO, Ill just say that it was the perfect combination of flavors, sweetness, and bomby goodness.
